I knew David personally before I wanted to sell my home. I believe in giving local people my business, if they are qualified and David is! I like David's personality on a personal level and figured he would great to work with on a professional level. David did not disappoint. David was professional, helpful, knowledgeable, supportive and fun to work with. I had reservations about selling my home, David was aware, but never pressured me to make a decision I wasn't comfortable with. He worked on my behalf to accommodate my daughter, dog and myself. My wife and I were dead set on not working with a buying agent UNTIL we met David Rogers. He immediately made us feel comfortable, he laughed at our jokes and put up with all of our questions. He explained every tiny detail with flawless accuracy and made our entire buying experience easy. It felt like we were his only clients from start to finish. After talking with some agents in the past, we were concerned that an agent would try to constantly sell us on other properties we weren't interested in. David never once tried to push us in another direction. We are so incredibly thankful for his hard work. I was highly satisfied with David Rogers through every step from looking at houses making appointments looking at houses putting in offers understanding the paperwork the inspection helping to find a great inspector for the house he provided multiple different companies that could do that and from there we picked what was best for us but I would highly recommend David Rogers any of my family or friends looking to buy or sell a house. David was willing to go above and beyond to work with my very limited availability schedule in seeing houses I never had to worry about not hearing back from him or trying to get in touch with him he was always available if he missed a call or text message he was fast to respond
